ARTC Consulting provides marketing services, including but not limited to:

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising   


3. Client Obligations

Payment: Client agrees to pay all fees as outlined in the agreed-upon contract or proposal.
Cooperation: Client agrees to cooperate with ARTC Consulting to ensure the successful delivery of services. Content and Information: Client agrees to provide accurate and complete information to ARTC Consulting.


4. ARTC Consulting Obligations

Professional Services: ARTC Consulting agrees to provide professional marketing services in accordance with industry standards. Confidentiality: ARTC Consulting agrees to maintain the confidentiality of client information.
Intellectual Property: Any intellectual property created as part of the services provided will remain the property of ARTC Consulting, unless otherwise agreed upon.


5. Limitation of Liability

ARTC Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or the services provided.   

6. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with immediate effect upon written notice to the other party in the event of a material breach of these Terms and Conditions.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The State of Texas and Hidalgo County, USA.   

8. Modifications

ARTC Consulting reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.   

9. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
