The client, a passionate restaurateur, was committed to creating a welcoming environment for families. He had received feedback from patrons expressing a desire to dine at his Japanese restaurant more frequently, but they were hesitant to bring their young children due to the restaurant's current atmosphere. To address this concern, we embarked on a collaborative effort to make the restaurant more child-friendly.
One of the key strategies we implemented was the creation of a dedicated kids' menu. This menu featured simple, delicious dishes that appealed to young palates, such as kid-sized portions of popular items like chicken katsu and ramen. Additionally, we introduced fun and colorful presentation techniques, including playful food art and creative plating.
